Mouscron (français: [mukʁɔ̃]; néerlandais: Moeskroen, prononcé [muˈskrun], Picard: Moucron) est une ville wallonne et une municipalité située dans la province belge du Hainaut, le long de la frontière avec la ville française de Tourcoing, qui fait partie de la Région métropolitaine de Lille. La commune de Mouscron comprend également les anciennes communes de Dottignies (Dottenijs), Luingne (Lowingen) et Herseaux (Herzeeuw).
