Pizzighettone est une commune de la province de Crémone dans la région italienne de Lombardie. Le principal centre de population est situé sur la rivière Adda et est divisé en deux parties: Pizzighettone sur la rive est et Gera à l'ouest. C'était le site de la ville insubrienne d'Acerrae, et abritait l'équipe de football AS Pizzighettone, jusqu'à l'été 2012 lorsqu'elle a déménagé dans la ville de Crema et a changé son nom pour US Pergolettese 1932.
