Fabrica est un barangay de la ville de Sagay dans la province de Negros Occidental, aux Philippines. Au recensement de 2010, il avait une population de 4 962 personnes. C'était autrefois le plus grand quartier des Philippines et l'une des zones les plus cosmopolites des Visayas.Fabrica était de renommée internationale depuis le début des années 1900 jusqu'en 1976, en tant que site de la plus grande entreprise de sciage et scierie au monde, la Insular Lumber Company (ILCO), propriété des Américains. ILCO a produit du bois de feuillus bien connu dans le monde entier et a été exporté aux États-Unis, en Australie et dans de nombreux autres pays du monde, rapportant ainsi des dollars à l'économie philippine. Fabrica était également le nom générique des barrios de Fabrica, Paraiso et Central Lopez, où se trouvait un moulin à sucre, faisant de la zone la plus industrialisée de Negros.
