Le Cismon est un ruisseau majeur et les flancs des vallées environnantes dans les régions du Trentin et de la Vénétie du nord-est de l'Italie. Le ruisseau est le principal affluent de la rivière Brenta. Sa source est près de Passo Rolle et il traverse le Primiero, avant d'entrer dans la vallée de Cismon proprement dite, dans le Feltrino. Le Cismon rejoint le Brenta à Cismon del Grappa, dans la province de Vicence.
