Omegna est une commune de la province de Verbano-Cusio-Ossola dans la région italienne du Piémont, située à environ 100 kilomètres (62 mi) au nord-est de Turin et à environ 13 kilomètres (8 mi) au sud-ouest de Verbania au point le plus septentrional du Lago d'Orta et traversé par la Nigoglia, le seul écoulement du lac.
