Wremen est un village et une ancienne municipalité du district de Cuxhaven, en Basse-Saxe, en Allemagne. Depuis le 1er janvier 2015, il fait partie de la commune Wurster Nordseeküste. Le Land de Wursten, une république d'agriculteurs plutôt autonome, y compris Wremen, était depuis longtemps revendiquée par le Prince-Archevêché de Brême, jusqu'à ce qu'en 1524, il puisse être définitivement soumis. En 1648, le prince-archevêché fut transformé en duché de Brême, qui fut d'abord gouverné en union personnelle par les Suédois et à partir de 1715 par la couronne hanovrienne.
