Herent est une municipalité située dans la province belge du Brabant flamand. La municipalité comprend les villages et anciennes municipalités de Herent proprement dit, Veltem-Beisem et Winksele. Gand (; néerlandais: Gent [ɣɛnt]; français: Gand [ɡɑ̃], traditionnel anglais Gaunt) est une ville et une municipalité de la Région flamande de Belgique.
