Turbigo est une commune de la province de Milan dans la région italienne de Lombardie, située à environ 35 kilomètres (22 mi) à l'ouest de Milan, le long du canal Naviglio Grande. Au 31 décembre 2004, elle avait une population de 7 486 habitants et une superficie de 8,5 kilomètres carrés (3,3 milles carrés). Turbigo est limitrophe des communes suivantes: Castano Primo, Cameri, Robecchetto con Induno, Galliate. C'est le berceau du naturaliste Giuseppe Gené. Il abrite un château médiéval, connu du 9ème siècle et peut-être construit autour d'une tour romaine, et l'église de Santi Cosma e Damiano (1639-1640).
