Wehl est une ville de l'est des Pays-Bas, à environ 5 km à l'ouest de Doetinchem. Wehl a fait partie de la Prusse jusqu'en 1808, date à laquelle elle a été rattachée aux Pays-Bas. Haarlem (prononciation néerlandaise: [ˈɦaːrlɛm]; prédécesseur de Harlem en anglais) est une ville et une municipalité des Pays-Bas. Elle est la capitale de la province de Hollande-Septentrionale et est située à l'extrémité nord du Randstad, l'une des zones métropolitaines les plus peuplées d'Europe.
