Pellworm est une municipalité du district de Nordfriesland, dans le Schleswig-Holstein, en Allemagne. La municipalité est située sur l'île de Pellworm - l'une des îles de la Frise septentrionale sur la côte de la mer du Nord en Allemagne. Sa superficie est de 37 km² et sa population est d'environ 1 200 habitants. Un monument est la "Alte Kirche" (vieille église) avec son orgue Arp Schnitger d'environ 1710. À l'époque médiévale, Pellworm faisait partie de la plus grande île de Strand qui a été déchirée en morceaux lors de la désastreuse inondation de Burchardi en 1634.
