Bilzen comprend la ville de Bilzen et les villages suivants: Beverst, Eigenbilzen, Grote-Spouwen, Hees, Hoelbeek, Kleine-Spouwen, Martenslinde, Mopertingen, Munsterbilzen, Rijkhoven, Rosmeer et Waltwilder. C'est en 1977 qu'ils font tous partie de la commune de Bilzen à cause de la fusion des communes.
