Mühlhausen est une ville au nord-ouest de la Thuringe, en Allemagne, à 5 km (3 miles) au nord de Niederdorla, le centre géographique du pays, à 50 km (31 miles) au nord-ouest d'Erfurt, à 65 km (40 miles) à l'est de Kassel et à 50 km (31 milles) au sud-est de Göttingen.
