Karlsruhe (, également aux États-Unis:, allemand: [ˈkaʁlsˌʁuːə]; anciennement orthographié Carlsruhe) est la deuxième plus grande ville de l'État fédéral allemand du Bade-Wurtemberg après sa capitale Stuttgart, et ses 309 999 habitants (2016) en font le 21e plus grand ville d'Allemagne.
