Grizzana Morandi est une commune de la ville métropolitaine de Bologne dans la région italienne d'Émilie-Romagne, située à environ 30 kilomètres au sud-ouest de Bologne. La ville est une station balnéaire d'été, située dans les montagnes entre les vallées des rivières Reno et Setta. À l'origine simplement Grizzana, il a reçu le "Morandi" en 1985, en tant qu'honoraire du peintre italien Giorgio Morandi, décédé en 1964. Morandi a rarement voyagé de sa maison et de son atelier à Bologne, mais a visité Grizzana chaque année à partir de 1913 pour des vacances d'été période, et beaucoup de ses peintures de paysage sont de la ville et ses environs immédiats. La ville abrite également un centre de documentation sur lui (Centro di documentazione Giorgio Morandi) qui possède une collection de documents sur le peintre et l'histoire locale.
