Olbia (italien: [ˈɔlbja], localement [ˈolbja]; sarde: Terranoa; Gallurese: Tarranoa) est une ville et une commune de 60346 habitants (mai 2018) dans la province insulaire italienne de Sassari dans le nord-est de la Sardaigne (Italie), dans l'historique région de Gallura.
