Tortoreto [tortoˈreto] est une ville côtière et comune de la province de Teramo dans la région des Abruzzes en Italie. Il a deux parties distinctes. La vieille ville est sur une colline non loin de la mer Adriatique. La nouvelle partie, généralement dénommée Tortoreto Lido, est en bord de mer et située à côté de la SS 16. Tortoreto peut être atteint par un service ferroviaire direct ou en volant à l'aéroport de Pescara, puis en voyageant à 45 kilomètres (28 mi) au nord.
