Modena (UK:, US:, Italian: [ˈmɔːdena]; Modenese: Mòdna [ˈmɔdnɐ]; Etruscan: Mutna; Latin: Mutina) est une ville et une commune (municipalité) sur le côté sud de la vallée du Pô, dans la province de Modène dans la région Émilie-Romagne du nord de l'Italie. Ancienne ville et siège d'un archevêque, elle est connue pour son industrie automobile depuis que les usines des célèbres constructeurs italiens de voitures de sport Ferrari, De Tomaso, Lamborghini, Pagani et Maserati sont, ou étaient, situées ici et tout, sauf Lamborghini, ont leur siège dans la ville ou à proximité. L'une des voitures de Ferrari, la 360 Modena, porte le nom de la ville elle-même.
