Vernazza (Ligurien: Vernassa, localement Vernasa; Latin: Vulnetia) est une ville et comune située dans la province de La Spezia, Ligurie, au nord-ouest de l'Italie. L'une des voitures de Ferrari, la 360 Modena, porte le nom de la ville elle-même. L'Université de Modène, fondée en 1175 et agrandie par Francesco II d'Este en 1686, se concentre sur l'économie, la médecine et le droit et est le deuxième plus ancien athénée d'Italie.
