Suse (; persan: Šuš; [ʃuʃ]; hébreu: שׁוּשָׁן Šušān; grec: Σοῦσα [ˈsuːsa]; syriaque: ܫܘܫ Šuš; moyen perse: 𐭮𐭥𐭱𐭩 Sūš, 𐭱𐭥𐭮 Šūs; vieux persan: 𐏂𐏁 Çūšā) était une ancienne ville du Proto-élamite, élamite, premier empire perse, séleucide, parthe et empire sassanide d'Iran, et l'une des villes les plus importantes de l'ancien Proche-Orient. Il est situé dans les montagnes inférieures de Zagros, à environ 250 km (160 mi) à l'est du fleuve Tigre, entre les rivières Karkheh et Dez.
