Lügde [ˈlʏçtʰə] est une ville du district de Lippe en Rhénanie du Nord-Westphalie, en Allemagne, avec c. 9800 habitants (2013). Le premier numéro écrit de Lügde apparaît en 784, dans les annales de l'Empire franc, lorsque Charlemagne visita le village pendant les guerres saxonnes. Pendant ces guerres, Charlemagne a célébré son premier Noël en Saxe à Lügde, et le site est alors devenu l'emplacement de la première église à être construite en Saxe. L'église gothique a été reconstruite au 12ème siècle et elle est toujours debout aujourd'hui.
