Mengeringhausen est un village et un district municipal de Bad Arolsen à Waldeck-Frankenberg, en Hesse, en Allemagne. Sa population est estimée à 3 800 personnes. Première fois mentionnée comme ville «Stadt Mengeringhausen» en 1234. La ville était en possession de la principauté souveraine Waldeck (plus tard Waldeck et Pyrmont). En 1974, Mengeringhausen a été incorporé à la ville de Bad Arolsen.
