Osoppo est une commune de la province d'Udine dans la région italienne du Frioul-Vénétie Julienne, située à environ 90 kilomètres (56 mi) au nord-ouest de Trieste et à environ 25 kilomètres (16 mi) au nord-ouest d'Udine. Osoppo est limitrophe des municipalités suivantes: Buja, Forgaria nel Friuli, Gemona del Friuli, Majano, San Daniele del Friuli, Trasaghis. Osoppo abrite une grande forteresse (La Fortezza o Rocca di Osoppo), aujourd'hui une attraction historique. Il a joué un rôle important dans la défense de Venise contre les Autrichiens à la fin des années 1850, à l'époque de l'unification italienne de l'Italie. C'est peu de temps après l'une des principales batailles de cette forteresse que Leonardo Andervolti compose son traité, Meritorious Champions of Italian Independence, un éloge à une figure mythique, Enrico Ulissi.

Naples (; italien: Napoli [ˈnaːpoli]; napolitain: Napule [ˈnɑːpələ, ˈnɑːpulə]; grec ancien: Νεάπολις, romanisé: Neápolis) est la capitale régionale de la Campanie et la troisième plus grande ville d'Italie après Rome et Milan.
