Pescolanciano est une commune de la province d'Isernia dans la région italienne de Molise, située à environ 30 kilomètres (19 mi) au nord-ouest de Campobasso et à environ 12 kilomètres (7 mi) au nord-est d'Isernia. Pescolanciano est limitrophe des municipalités suivantes: Agnone, Carovilli, Chiauci, Civitanova del Sannio, Miranda, Pietrabbondante, Sessano del Molise.
