Segesta (grec: Ἔγεστα, Egesta, ou Σέγεστα, Ségesta, ou Αἴγεστα, Aígesta; sicilienne: Siggésta) était l'une des principales villes des Élysées, l'un des trois peuples autochtones de Sicile.
