Oldenburg est une ville indépendante du district d'Oldenburg dans l'État de Basse-Saxe, en Allemagne. La ville est officiellement nommée Oldenburg (Oldb) (Oldenburg in Oldenburg) pour se distinguer d'Oldenburg in Holstein.
