Teramo (prononciation italienne: [ˈtɛːramo]; Abruzzese: Tèreme [ˈtɛːrəmə]) est une ville et commune de la région italienne des Abruzzes, la capitale de la province de Teramo. La ville, à 150 kilomètres (93 miles) de Rome, est située entre les plus hautes montagnes des Apennins (Gran Sasso d'Italia) et la côte adriatique.
