Biella (prononciation italienne: [ˈbjɛlla]; piémontais: Biela; latin: Bugella) est une petite ville et une commune de la région nord du Piémont, capitale de la province du même nom, avec une population de 44 324 habitants au 31 décembre. 2017. Pise est une ville et une commune de Toscane, au centre de l'Italie, à cheval sur l'Arno juste avant de se jeter dans la mer Ligure. C'est la capitale de la province de Pise.
