Modica [ˈmɔːdika] (sicilien: Muòrica, grec: Μότουκα, motouka, latin: Mutyca ou Motyca) est une ville et une commune de 54,456 habitants dans la province de Raguse, en Sicile, dans le sud de l'Italie. Reconstruite à la suite du tremblement de terre dévastateur de 1693, son architecture a été reconnue comme un témoignage exceptionnel du génie exubérant et de la floraison finale de l'art baroque en Europe et, avec d'autres villes du Val di Noto, fait partie des sites du patrimoine mondial de l'UNESCO en Italie.
