Orta, anciennement Kar-i pazar, est une ville et un district de la province de Çankırı dans la région de la mer Noire en Turquie. Le nom de Kar-i Pazar signifie terre où les livres sont écrits et lus. Orta est géographiquement située à la frontière des régions de la mer Noire et de l'Anatolie centrale.
