Bianzone est une commune de la province de Sondrio dans la région italienne de Lombardie, située à environ 110 kilomètres (68 mi) au nord-est de Milan et à environ 20 kilomètres (12 mi) à l'est de Sondrio, à la frontière avec la Suisse. Avec Padoue et Trévise, la ville est incluse dans la zone métropolitaine de Padoue-Trévise-Venise (PATREVE), qui est considérée comme une zone métropolitaine statistique, avec une population totale de 2,6 millions d'habitants.Le nom est dérivé de l'ancien peuple vénitien qui habitait la région au 10ème siècle avant JC.
