Casalpusterlengo est une commune de la province de Lodi dans la région italienne de Lombardie, située à environ 50 kilomètres (31 mi) au sud-est de Milan et à environ 20 kilomètres (12 mi) au sud-est de Lodi. Elle a reçu le titre honorifique de ville avec un décret présidentiel le 30 octobre 1975. La ville possède une église baroque de Santi Bartolomeo e Martino, qui a été construite au 14ème siècle mais rénovée entre 1602-1610. La ville possède également un palais communal et une tour du château médiéval. Casalpusterlengo est limitrophe des municipalités suivantes: Turano Lodigiano, Secugnago, Brembio, Terranova dei Passerini, Codogno, Ospedaletto Lodigiano et Somaglia.
