Vespolate est une commune de la province de Novare dans la région italienne du Piémont, située à environ 80 kilomètres (50 mi) au nord-est de Turin et à environ 12 kilomètres (7 mi) au sud-est de Novare. Au 31 décembre 2004, elle comptait 2054 habitants et avait une superficie de 17,8 kilomètres carrés (6,9 milles carrés). Vespolate borde les municipalités suivantes: Borgolavezzaro, Confienza, Granozzo con Monticello, Nibbiola, Robbio, Terdobbiate et Tornaco.

Venise (VEN-iss; italien: Venezia [veˈnɛttsja]; vénitien: Venesia ou Venexia, prononcé [veˈnɛsja]) est une ville du nord-est de l'Italie et la capitale de la région de la Vénétie. Il est situé sur un groupe de 118 petites îles séparées par des canaux et reliées par plus de 400 ponts. Avec Padoue et Trévise, la ville est incluse dans la zone métropolitaine de Padoue-Trévise-Venise (PATREVE), qui est considérée comme une zone métropolitaine statistique, avec une population totale de 2,6 millions d'habitants.Le nom est dérivé de l'ancien peuple vénitien qui habitait la région au 10ème siècle avant JC.
