Solingen is een stad in Noordrijn-Westfalen, Duitsland. Aken ook wel bekend als Bad Aachen in het Frans als Aix-la-Chapelle, in het Italiaans als Aquisgrana, en in het Latijn als Aquæ Granni, is een kuuroord en grensstad in Noordrijn-Westfalen, Duitsland.
