Civitavecchia (uitgesproken als [ˌtʃivitaˈvɛkkja]; wat "oude stad" betekent) is een stad en gemeente van de metropool Rome in de centrale Italiaanse regio Lazio. Het is een zeehaven aan de Tyrrheense Zee en ligt 60 kilometer (37 mijl) ten westen van het centrum van Rome. De haven wordt gevormd door twee pieren en een golfbreker, waarop een vuurtoren staat.
