Monteroduni is een gemeente in de provincie Isernia in de Italiaanse regio Molise, ongeveer 40 kilometer (25 mijl) ten westen van Campobasso en ongeveer 11 kilometer (7 mijl) ten zuidwesten van Isernia. De naam van de stad is afgeleid van de oude rivier de Volturno, Olotrunus.
