Bracciano is een klein stadje in de Italiaanse regio Lazio, 30 kilometer (19 mijl) ten noordwesten van Rome. De stad staat bekend om zijn vulkanische meer (Lago di Bracciano of "Sabatino", het achtste grootste meer van Italië) en om een bijzonder goed bewaard gebleven middeleeuws kasteel Castello Orsini-Odescalchi. Het meer wordt veel gebruikt om te zeilen en is populair bij toeristen; het kasteel heeft een aantal evenementen georganiseerd, met name bruiloften van acteurs en zangers. De stad wordt bediend door een stadsspoorlijn (lijn FR3) die het in ongeveer 55 minuten verbindt met Rome (stations van Ostiense en Valle Aurelia).
