Neerpelt is een voormalige gemeente in de Belgische provincie Limburg. In december 2012 had het een totale bevolking van 16.742, waarvan 3.090 buitenlanders, voornamelijk uit buurland Nederland. De totale oppervlakte bedraagt 42,78 km², wat een bevolkingsdichtheid van 384 inwoners per km² oplevert. Per 1 januari 2019 zijn Neerpelt en Overpelt opgegaan in de nieuwe gemeente Pelt.
