Kalmthout (Nederlandse uitspraak: [ˈkɑlmtɦʌu̯t]) is een gemeente in de Belgische provincie Antwerpen. De gemeente bestaat uit de dorpen Kalmthout, Achterbroek, Heide en Nieuwmoer. Op 1 januari 2007 had Kalmthout 17.508 inwoners. De totale oppervlakte is 59,45 vierkante kilometer (22,95 vierkante mijl). Kalmthout heeft een bevolkingsdichtheid van 294 inwoners per km².
