Colmar (Frans: Colmar, uitgesproken als [kɔlmaʁ]; Elzassisch: Colmer [ˈkolməʁ]; Duits in 1871-1918 en 1940-1945: Kolmar) is een stad en gemeente in het departement Haut-Rhin en de regio Grand Est in het noordoosten van Frankrijk . De op twee na grootste gemeente van de Elzas (na Straatsburg en Mulhouse), is de zetel van de prefectuur van het departement Haut-Rhin en van de subprefectuur van het arrondissement Colmar-Ribeauvillé. De stad staat bekend om zijn goed bewaard gebleven oude stad, de vele architectonische bezienswaardigheden en de musea, waaronder het Unterlinden Museum, waar het Isenheimer Altaarstuk is gevestigd. Colmar ligt aan de Elzasser wijnroute en beschouwt zichzelf als de "hoofdstad van de Elzasser wijn" (capitale des vins d'Alsace).
