Überlingen is een Duitse stad aan de noordelijke oever van de Bodensee (Bodensee), vlakbij de grens met Zwitserland. Het is de grootste stad in de Centraal-Frankische en Ripuarische dialectgebieden. De Dom van Keulen (Kölner Dom) is de zetel van de katholieke aartsbisschop van Keulen.
