Quiliano is een gemeente in de provincie Savona in de Italiaanse regio Ligurië, ongeveer 45 kilometer (28 mijl) ten zuidwesten van Genua en ongeveer 5 kilometer (3 mijl) ten westen van Savona. Per 31 december 2004 had het een bevolking van 7.225 en een oppervlakte van 49,5 vierkante kilometer (19,1 vierkante mijl).
