Dervio is een comune in de provincie Lecco in de Italiaanse regio Lombardije, gelegen aan de oostelijke oever van het Comomeer, ongeveer 70 kilometer (43 mijl) ten noorden van Milaan en ongeveer 25 kilometer ( 26 km) ten noordwesten van Lecco. Het is gelegen op een gelijknamig schiereiland aan het Comomeer, aan de monding van de Varrone River Valley. Dervio grenst aan de volgende gemeenten: Bellano, Cremia, Dorio, Introzzo, Pianello del Lario, San Siro, Sueglio, Tremenico, Vendrogno, Vestreno.
