Delitzsch (Duitse uitspraak: [ˈdeːlɪtʃ], Slavisch: delč of delčz voor heuvel) is een stad in de Vrijstaat Saksen in Duitsland. Met 24.850 inwoners eind 2015 is het de grootste stad in het district Nordsachsen. Archeologisch bewijs buiten de stadsgrenzen wijst op een nederzetting uit het Neolithicum. De eerste gedocumenteerde vermelding van Delitzsch dateert uit 1166 en werd later de residentie van de kiezer in de 17e en 18e eeuw. De oude stad is goed bewaard gebleven, met verschillende pleinen, burger- en patriciërshuizen, torens, een barok kasteel en de vestingwerken van de stad.
