Mühlacker is een stad in het oostelijke deel van het Enz-district in Baden-Württemberg in Zuid-Duitsland. Station Mühlacker heeft directe treinverbindingen met Stuttgart, Karlsruhe, Heidelberg, Pforzheim en het noordelijke Zwarte Woud. Sinds 1930 is Mühlacker de zenderlocatie, waar tussen 1934 en 1945 de hoogste ooit opgetrokken houten toren stond (hoogte: 190 meter). Een ander herkenningspunt is de watertoren. Mühlhausen an der Enz waar Spree-moordenaar Ernst August Wagner in 1913 13 mensen vermoordde, maakt sinds 1972 deel uit van de stad.
