Bistagno is een gemeente in de provincie Alessandria in de Italiaanse regio Piemonte, ongeveer 70 kilometer (43 mijl) ten zuidoosten van Turijn en ongeveer 35 kilometer (22 mijl) ten zuidwesten van Alessandria.
