Gemonio is een comune (gemeente) in de provincie Varese in de Italiaanse regio Lombardije, ongeveer 60 kilometer (37 mijl) ten noordwesten van Milaan en ongeveer 14 kilometer (9 mijl) ten noordwesten van Varese.
