Tortoreto [tortoˈreto] is een kustplaats en gemeente in de provincie Teramo in de regio Abruzzo in Italië. Het bestaat uit twee verschillende delen. De oude stad ligt op een heuvel, niet ver van de Adriatische Zee. Het nieuwe deel, gewoonlijk Tortoreto Lido genoemd, ligt aan zee en bevindt zich naast SS 16.
