Karlsruhe (, ook VS:, Duits: [ˈkaʁlsˌʁuːə]; voorheen gespeld als Carlsruhe) is de op één na grootste stad van de Duitse deelstaat Baden-Württemberg, na de hoofdstad Stuttgart, en met 309.999 (2016) inwoners is het de 21e grootste stad stad van Duitsland.
