Lecce (VS:, Italiaans: [ˈlettʃe], lokaal [ˈlɛttʃe]; Salentino: Lècce; Griko: Luppìu; Latijn: Lupiae; Oudgrieks: Λουπίαι, geromaniseerd: Loupíai) is een historische stad met 95.766 inwoners (2015) in Zuid-Italië de hoofdstad van de provincie Lecce, de tweede provincie in de regio door de bevolking, evenals een van de belangrijkste steden van Apulië.
