Lecco (VS:, Italiaans: [ˈlekko], lokaal [ˈlɛkko]; Lecchese: Lècch [ˈlɛk]) is een stad met 48.131 inwoners in Lombardije, Noord-Italië, 50 kilometer (31 mijl) ten noorden van Milaan, de hoofdstad van de provincie van Lecco. Het ligt aan het einde van de zuidoostelijke tak van het Comomeer (de tak met de naam Lake of Lecco / Lago di Lecco). De Bergamo Alpen stijgen naar het noorden en oosten, doorsneden door de Valsassina waarvan Lecco het zuidelijke uiteinde markeert. Het meer versmalt tot de rivier de Adda, dus werden bruggen gebouwd om de wegcommunicatie met Como en Milaan te verbeteren. Er zijn vier bruggen over de rivier de Adda in Lecco: de Azzone Visconti-brug (1336–1338), de Kennedy-brug (1956) en de Alessandro Manzoni-brug (1985) en een spoorbrug.
